Return Policy:
Claims on faulty & damaged goods must be lodged within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Any orders need to be cancelled must be done in writing via email: tony@ontrenddecor.com.au
-Verbal cancellations will not be accepted
-Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
